There’s trouble in paradise...
Moving home in her 30s was not the life plan Jas had in mind. So when her best friend gets in touch to say she's arranging a long overdue reunion with their high school friends, Jas is very much up for the escape. Oh, and it's all expenses paid to Italy - so that's a bonus!
But while being whisked away to the beautiful Italian coast may seem idyllic, Jas has to come face to face with not only her ex-boyfriend, but the one that got away too!
It's a week of sun, sea and unravelling secrets, and as the love triangle from the past starts to develop once again, this trip is not panning out exactly as Jas imagines...
Should the past be left where it is, or could there be a second chance at love on the horizon..?
MULTI-MILLION-COPY BESTSELLER Portia MacIntosh's laugh-out-loud romantic comedies are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

First, the whole obstacle between Cameron and Jasmine that prevented them from being together makes absolutely NO SENSE. Jasmine is in love with Cameron. She never communicates it to him despite his remaining single… but decides out of the blue she needs to get over him (with absolutely no reason) by dating another guy in their VERY close-knit group of friends? What?? So problematic.
Second, these characters are supposed to the in their mid thirties, yet there is no difference between their maturity levels THEN and NOW. I am supposed to believe that 33 year old man thinks he is dying because he doesn’t know what “benign” means? Juvenile. The lying? The deceit? The constant willful miscommunication that is supposed to reas as slapstick but it just is plain childish.
This whole thing felt like a draft that needed some serious editing.
Confused.
