Publisher's Summary

A stolen past....

The only thing Tucker remembers of his past is pain. Used in a doctor’s evil experiments, his memories and identity were erased, and his freedom taken. He believed his nightmare was over when he was liberated by the men and women of McKay-Taggart, until he heard the name Steven Reasor. The idea that he could have been involved in the terrible experiments that cost his “brothers” everything crushed him. A desperate attempt to force him to remember the truth almost cost him his life. Now his world is in chaos and his only path to finally uncover the truth and atone for his sins leads to Veronica Croft.

A painful present....

Veronica “Roni” Croft knew Dr. Steven Reasor was bad for her, but she also saw a side of the man that no one else knew. Even as she began to believe their employer was hiding something sinister, she was drawn to him like a moth to a flame. Their affair was passionate and intense, but also fraught with danger. When he disappeared under mysterious circumstances, she took her first chance to run and never looked back. She has stayed hidden ever since, running from forces she knows are too powerful to overcome. But now the man she believed was dead, the man she mourned, has returned and needs her help.

A dangerous future....

As Tucker and Roni unravel the secrets of his past, a dark force rises and threatens to destroy them. Their only chance for survival will require them to join forces with the Lost Boys’ worst enemy. Only together can they finally unlock Tucker’s past. But as Tucker’s memories begin to come back, will it free them both or tear them apart forever?

Outstanding

I have been waiting not so patiently for Tucker aka Steven Reasor’s story which is the fourth book in the series. Although you could read as a stand alone, I do feel that you would get more enjoyment if you were to read these books in order, which is what I personally would recommend, but that is just my opinion.

Tucker is part of a group of 6 men who were rescued by McKay Taggart, and now travel the world searching for their true identities since their memories were stolen by experimental drug testing. Each man reacts in varying ways, and for Tucker the realization that he may have assisted in stealing their memories before he had his own taken, almost destroys him.

There were times that Tucker nearly broke my heart, he lives with the guilt that has almost destroyed him and the knowledge that people have died because of his actions.

Needing to make amends, he goes in search of answers which brings him back to
Veronica “Roni” Croft.

Roni knew from the start that Steven would mean trouble for her, although I highly doubt she realized just what danger and complications he would bring into her life. She has been in hiding since Steven disappeared.

Now he has he returned as Tucker, she knows that she will do everything she can to get the men the answers they so desperately seek.

Long Lost is a fast paced story filled with suspense, danger, intrigue one that had me on the edge of my seat. Lexi Blake wove a well written story that had be fully invested from the first chapter to the last.

Ryan West did an outstanding job narrating this story. He was spot on an the versatility of his character voices blows me away as he is consistent throughout for each individual character. To me he makes the story come alive.

Absolutely amazing!!

Ive never read/listened to a book by Lexi that I haven't thoroughly loved. she manages to pack much into each one that you get lost in the story. It's almost like you're a bystander in the middle watching everything play out right in front of you. There's something for everyone that it's hard to imagine that anyone could not love it. Whether it's drama, suspense, espionage, romance, anger, betrayal, friendship, brotherhood or murder and the best of all...hot as hell kinky dirty and amazing sex. Who could ask for more.

Ryan West did an incredible job as always narrating. He is by far my favorite narrator and I'm always amazed at how many voices he can portray in each story. It doesn't matter if they're men or women, each person is clearly portrayed. It doesn't hurt that he has a sexually sinful dom voice!!! Trust me when I say... "GET THIS BOOK OR YOUR LIFE WON'T BE COMPLETE!!!"

Can't wait for the next one...that's the only thing I don't love about Lexi's books...the cliffhangers and the waiting game.... sigh 💕

Lordy, how I missed Ryan West as the whole crew!

I both read and listened to this book because I NEVER miss a chance to hear Ryan West voice Lexi's characters. He is an unsung hero in male narrators in my opinion. I laughed out loud at times and got teary at several others. I really loved how all the Lost Boys are "okay" at the end of this and we're set up so nicely for Solo and Ezra to finally get a HEA! And I loved getting to know Nina for her upcoming book. Fantastic job by Ms. Blake and Mr. West!

You'll fall in love with Tucker... again!

The series keeps getting better. We have all been waiting for the story about Tucker. And, you'll love it. What a treat from Lexi Blake. This is one of the best books in the series.

The narration is perfect by Ryan West... but by know, you should already know this.

If you are the type to skip books in a series... well, this one is NOT to be missed.

I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy it.

Yessss, Tucker!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved Tucker from the beginning and couldn't wait for his HEA.

Of course, Lexi doesn't just hand it over without a good bit of drama and chaos and I'm here for it all!!

Possibly my favorite in the Lost Boy series. This book was everything ! Tucker and Roni and her mom!! So many moving parts to this book and the ACTION! I think I held my breathe until i almost passed out.

Just adore Tucker!!!!

He is definitely the first puppy I would adopt!! I adore his thinking, his awful honesty that is always so ill timed even when it's perfectly so!! Cracking series that keeps getting better. You would possibly expect the plot to start ageing after all this time but this book is as good as the first, in fact I would claim better because the characters have developed over time and they not only grow on you, they stay with you. Cannot recommend highly enough but I will say this, if you are a Lexi virgin, then please start at the beginning and I envy you a little as you have so much joy, laughter, heart ache and downright ass kicking alpha male, sarcastic stubbornness to come your way! That of course is leveled out with totally amazing kick ass women who know how to tame, support and bolster their men with every equally sarcastic bone in their bodies!! Man I love this series!!!! 50 stars!!!

Tucker and Ronnie

Tucker is in a coma for 3 weeks, due to Levi Greene stabbing him with the antidote’ to the memory wiping drug.
His memory returns slowly.
The group are trying to track down Veronica Croft/ Ronnie as she was linked to Tucker.
A change in head of the CIA agency, makes Tucker and Ronnie targets.
Under the mind altering drug, the group had been made to rob banks to fund McDonalds experiments and they are wanted by many countries.

You really need to read this series….

Wow

Lexi does it again. A great thrilling read that involves the gang and turns you don’t see coming. Loved how Tucker’s memory slowly came back. Finding his brother was near was a good twist. Just love this series. Though I didn’t like the blurb into Solo and Becks book. Keeps you guessing.

Ryan West has me hooked on M&M audio!!

I had already read Long Lost and ABSOLUTELY LOVED Tucker and Roni's story.... as it starts to really wrap up the Lost Boys' storyline ... and I decided to do a "reread" by listening to this book in preparation for the final one in this sub-series to come out next week (bring on Ezra and Solo!!)... and well, Ryan West has swept me off my feet and now I'm going back to reread in audio as many Masters & Mercenaries books as I can because I am IN LOVE!!

This story is not a standalone (even though technically Tucker & Roni's love story is) because there is an overarching storyline that just won't make sense if you haven't read the previous books. I can't rave enough about this book, this audio and this entire series!! Go and one click - you will not be disappointed.
