Overall a really good read!

This book is rather concise and straight to the point with very applicable practices to become better at being self aware and actionable steps to achieve the seemingly not achievable. I’d recommend it. I have received a lot of confirmation as to much of the practices I’m already doing.

The truth just is

Great words of wisdom. Unfortunately, one has to evolve to the point they get it and it resonates. No one can do that for you. However, hearing these words and concepts can enlighten the soul and open the door for understanding.

Fred Dodson is my favorite author! This book layers on to many of his other books information about what our true purpose is while here on Earth and beyond. I also love Thomas Miller's ( the reader of the book) voice.
