This book is a great way to kick off your New Year's Resolutions. It provides a nice structure to ensure that you stay on track with your goals well after Jan 31.

Just What I Needed

This is one of my favorite self improvement books. I like that each segment ends with questions to help you apply the teachings to your life. This book has good flow, easy to read, and useful information. Some non-fiction books I don’t ever finish because they are just saying the same thing over and over but I was actually sad when I got to the end of this one! I highly recommend this book.
