Big Ben Strikes Again!

It's been a while since Ben's last book (slacker), but this one was worth the wait! His thesis is sound and he brings the receipts to back up all of his claims. This is a great book that would make an excellent gift to someone in your life who could use a good civics education!

He really boils down the struggle between “loins” and “scavengers”. Loved the personal stories he included.

I have learned so much in 3 chapters…

The first 3 chapters taught me more in less than an hour than I have learned from any book I have listened to in years. Ben is brilliant and if you are thinking of buying this book you are already a fan and won’t be disappointed. My only criticism would be that he is narrating the book as a reader and probably could have used the emotion he brings to every speech he gives. After all he wrote it so they are his thoughts. Can’t wait to listen to more.

It was a clear summation of where we currently stand, and what the conflict of our time is about

Ben Shapiro gives a excellent synopsis of the trials of our current time. Where those who choose the easy path try to claw their way up on the backs of those who choose the hard path.

Clear and Concise

I love the pace. Keep the skip backwards by 30 seconds button handy if your mind does not process as fast as Ben. Hah. Good read to help clarify one’s thoughts and points out obvious facts that somehow were not obvious before.

Ben clearly defines the threats to our civilization.

I enjoyed his view of the world. Ben breaks down the arguments of the left and points out the fantasy of their desires. The reader can see his passion and intelligence on every page. Lions and Scavengers is a great read.

Insightful look at history and current world affairs

I was surprised by how engaged I was in this audiobook. The examinations of history and past cultures in comparison with current world events was fascinating and I found this to be a very encouraging listen.
