Yes, there is a great deal of practical advice for the husband, and it was enjoyable to listen to.

I was motivated to grow in my marriage; to make a good marriage better! I like how the author shares from his heart about personal experiences.

It seems there are quite a few good books aimed at the woman's role in a Christian marriage. It is great to have a mature, experienced, married man write a book for the man's role in a marriage. This book could result in helping many marriages toward what God intended for marriage.
