Good Book

For the Open minded. I'll definitely have to go through this one again to have a better understanding.

Listening to this book feels like osmosis. I hope it is. It’s so disappointing to learn about predatory yogis. I do not let those stories ruin my relationship to this book or to these teachings. It’s merely a reminder that BKS Iyengar was a human too. The narrator of this book is who we really should be following anyway. She’s amazing.

wasn't what i thought, not just covering the surface of yoga. was more thought provoking

This book was so amazing. I have learned a lot about what yoga is truly about. This book has made me humble myself. Wise words everyone needs to hear.
