Going out to a club on my own shouldn’t be such a big deal. I’m fully capable of staying safe, but the environment I choose to be in shouldn’t be so sketchy that I can’t let loose like the club claims. But the way that you
Put those triggers in the story. I definitely had it not as bad as it could have been. Your writing style definitely softened the blow. But made sure you understood how serious things went
There were some seriously scary parts. I'm definitely would have trickered some people. But the way that you wrote it, it was definitely better than others. You did not glorify it you did make sure to emphasize the seriousness
And also emphasize the reactions that some people can have. And that it's perfectly fine to have those reactions, but somebody needs to watch out for them. And I really do truly love the way that you did this book. It was perfect

This audiobook was so good! It’s narrated by Katrina Medina and Nowhere Eternity. The spice was fantastic and the suspense was so good it kept me reeling. Laci’s character was fierce, independent and sassy. And Milo’s character is so brave, strong and so confidently in charge whenever danger arises. The spice between those two is absolutely on fire. Milo is such a smexy dom. I loved the narrators’ voices for these characters. They did an absolutely fantastic job.

I liked it!

I thought the book was well written and the narrators did a good job. BDSM isn't really my thing, but there was plenty of plot snd suspense that kept me interested and wanting more. This was my first H.N. DeFore read/listen and I liked it well enough I want to read the other books in the series and whatever else she has written. Check the triggers.

Loved the Storyline

Alright, so just in case, I want to warn there might be a little spoiler in my review but nothing specific... I really did enjoy the overall plot of the book but I was looking for more spice than what I got. The title of the book and the blurb misled me a bit. This book has more suspense and mystery than the first book and less spice and kink IMO. I would have liked more BDSM and spicy scenes but that is my personal preference.

I did love the narration, though. Although I did read the first book, I didnt get the audiobook do I missed out of the narration. It was the first time I had heard Nowhere Eternity and now I wish I had bought the first audiobook just to hear him again. He did such a great job narrating the book. He really gets into character and it feels very authentic, I definitely want to hear more from him. Katrina Medina also did an excellent job and I feel like they made a great duo.

With all that said, if you are looking for a kinky mystery suspence novel, I do recommend this book.
