Loved it

A little predictable but still lovable, narrators were perfect for the characters, can’t wait for a follow up book 🤞🏻

Great story

I have really enjoyed this author and her continuation of making interesting characters that seem real enough that you are part of their world. Lemon is interesting in that she fights back and I truly enjoy that about her. She challenges things enough that changes need to be made. I look forward to more in this series.

Feeling It

As Lemon settles into her new role, my complete entertainment with this young woman continues to grow. Even when she finds herself in WAY over her head.

She's quite the force to be reckoned with. Just ask Falcon or Pinhead. ...LOL... a pink bike... 🤣🏍🤣 At the same time, she looks out for those who are vulnerable and tries to help them heal, which I absolutely love.

Dwayne "Rocket" Lexington really does have his hands full with her. 😂🤪 I love that he makes her comfortable enough to be vulnerable when she needs to be. I also love that he heeds the advice of his brothers and lets her fight her own battles sometimes. She really doesn't pull any punches and does a good job of asserting her position in the club.

At the end of it all, I'm so happy we got this bonus addition for Rocket and Lemon. It's not often that we get a second book for a couple, but I'm so glad we did. Prior reading is recommended.

Meet Lemon.

Meet Lemon. She is smart, strong, a great VP, even tho quite young. She is quite the character addition to this series. However, I found all the vulgarity to be quite distracting to her story.

I was gifted an Audible version of this book from the author through Story Origin. The narration is just the best! Umi Markkanen can make any story interesting. She lays out all the f bombs and steamy talk with ease. 5 stars plus for her.

Loved this one

I very much loved getting more of Lemon and seeing her settle in a little and her relationship with Rocket evolve as well as her relationships with the other members of the MC. I love how quick these listens are but they do sometimes leave me wanting more so this one was a nice continuation to the first. Markkanen really does a great job with the narration.

I loved that Lemon’s book follow’s Rocket’s, so together we get a lot more of this whole dynamic. I’ve also come to appreciate how Karland uses dialogue to show a lot of what’s going on—as in the bulk of it. I think that has a lot to do with why they’re such quick reads (aside from how short they are, obviously).

The very new, female club member being promoted to VP of the MC, I’m not sure is realistic? But it was super fun and I can roll with it, for sure.

Mewsings
What I loved- Lemon. She is what I lovingly refer to as A Caution. She’s OTT and unapologetic and Rocket loves her for it.
What I liked- the characters are great! Venus is so Badsass. I’m glad that this book (I’m giving ‘90s here) is all about Girl Power.
What I didn’t- I’m on the fence about the pink Harley. On one hand, I’m all about self expression, but c’mon man, it’s a Harley.
What I think about the narrator- I don’t think that they could have picked a better narrator for this book than Umi. She does all of the voices beautifully.
