A Wonderful connection between characters

I really liked this one! I was hesitant at first because there is a 20 yr age gap between these two. I raised some of the same questions as her mother. I liked how the author answered my and her mothers questions. The relationship between these two can be felt coming off the pages. I really loved Seek’s profession! As a search n rescue it was amazing seeing her work with those dogs. Meeting a lot of the club members was great. We get to know a few of the personalities and it makes me look forward to their stories.

Overall this action filled story is what I expected from these two authors. They always bring the drama, suspense and thrills. I can’t wait for the next in this series.

I listened to this on audio. Michael Norman Johnson and Phillipa Miller are both new to me narrators. They both did an exceptional job and I look forward to listening to them again.

Hush and Seek

I enjoyed this audio book. I finished it in a day. This is new authors for me and I look forward to listening/reading more from her.

Hush is returning back home and to his MC family after being gone for a while mourning old lady's death. I think he might of been a side character in previous books but those don't need to be read/listened to before this just something I pick up on. I liked Hush not only is he a biker but also a veteran which are big pluses for me. He is very protective and possessive more pluses. Seek is awesome not only is she feisty and can handle herself, she is also caring and compassionate. I love her job, her and her dogs find missing people once the trail runs cold for cops and other people. The chemistry between these two are hot even though he tries to fight it because he blames himself for his wife's death. Not only do you get the push and pull of their relationship but you also get stuff from the club which isn't like any regular motorcycle club I have read/listened to and an investigation Seek was doing about certain people who have gone missing without a trace which I hope will be maybe looked into more in this series.

this was such a great start to the new chapter. I can't wait for the next audiobook. gotta go back and do all of the original series too. their writing is so refreshing

Amazing!

I feel like I’ve been waiting for this series to be made into an audiobook for years! And it did NOT disappoint. The narration was perfect and the story was obviously amazing (or else it wouldn’t have been one of my favorites). I can’t wait for the other books in the series to come out!

Finally, Hush's story on audio

I've been wanting to hear Hush's story since he first appeared in the first Viking's MC series. There was no denying the quiet, broody, but loyal biker had heartbreak in his past. The excitement when I saw that it was finally made into audio was high. Seek is a strong, independent woman very adept at search and rescue, which is how these two crossed paths. This is an emotional ride as Hush struggles with his ongoing grief and unwanted attraction to Seek, while his MC brothers stick their noses in his business out of their love for him. With danger and edge of your seat suspenseful moments, this story kept me captivated while developing the plot points that will continue throughout the series. No worries, these two get their happy ending, but I am anxious for the next books to see how this crew with destroy the threats coming. The narrators brought the characters to life.

Just what I needed!

Hush made an impression from the last series I read, so I was so excited that he got his own book. Hush is a widower who has/hasn't been working through his grief. He went nomad for a while and finally make the journey home where his brother's refuse to let him wallow/stop living. Seek does search and rescue and didn't know Hush's heart was on the top of that list! I love how strong and fearless Seek is. She maybe 21 yrs younger than Hush but she knows what she wants out of life and is not settling. I can't wait to get the rest of the series on audio! Great start to an underlying plot in a new series and as usual I'm hooked!
