Marie James & Cerberus are a favorite of mine!

Enjoyed the book and both actors…it’s so nice when the actors complement rather than overwhelm the book!

The story was good

The story was great but the female narration just about ruined it. it was pretty painful to listen to but I needed to hear the story to finish the series.

Cerberus never gets old

I love hearing the new guys stories as well as hearing what the original guys are up to as well. It’s always suspenseful. I love that this series is so big and it’s not a copy and paste of a story with a new couple. Emmett and Devyn’s story is great and a bit Taboo with age gap and best friends little sister. I can’t wait to hear Stormy’s story and see if we get new books for the three newest members as well.

Love this series but…

I had a hard time listening to this one with the female narrator. Very robotic sounding with weird pauses throughout. I’m all about switching it up with other narrators but this time was a bit of a fail. I tried speeding it up but it only made it worse. Story was great and male narrator was awesome as always. Will still look forward to the next one! The little teasers the link each book in the end keep me interested and anxiously awaiting the next one.

Female narrator horrible

The story was probably good but I could not get past the female narrator. She sometimes talked way to slow and sometimes made me think it was a virtual voice

Love this series!!

While I thoroughly enjoyed the story I was very underwhelmed with the female narrator. I missed Kasha reading with Aaron. This female narrator felt a computer simulated voice. It just felt very stunted and robotic. Aaron did a great job as always. Maybe this was the female narrator’s first time. I hope she gets better as she does more narrating. Can’t wait for Stormy’s story!!!

It’s Legacy’s turn

When you have to wait for the next book in a series you can only hope it’s as good as all the previous books, and Marie has always come through and tops herself to boot.
Your 7 years old and your world is turned upside down when your older brother follows his best friend and joins the Marines and is KIA. Then your family goes from loving to cold. You grow up and find you can’t go to college and take the courses they give you an ultimatum do as we say or get out.
Legacy seems to be the best option so, armed with a child’s “Diary” containing a childhood promise to marry his best friends sister when he turns 30…. Out the door you go.
I loved this book

Hard to listen to at times.

When somebody is going to read a book. They should at least make sure they are pronouncing locations correctly. I live in Nebraska and having Broken Bow butchered every time it was said was hard to get by.

WAS EXCELLANT

Was an awesome story. I don't know how she makes each story so different. Aaron Shedlock did a great job narrating. I dont think I'm to familure with the female narrator and dont care to much for the way she try's to do a male character, Aaron does a great job with both male and female rolls.
This story had a great storyline, I dont care so much for all the talking to them selves in their head, but once the do get out of their head the story is great.

The whole time I'm listening to the book i tried to think how I would feel if this happen to me, I could never blame the best friend for the sons death, he was a grown man, old enough to make his own decisions. And shame on the parents for just giving up on the little girl, to have to go through her whole life devoid both physically and mentally of any parent support, and the head trip they did when going to her wedding. I'd have stood up for myself, regardless if people where there and told them just how I felt, before they left. And they could forget about ever seeing any grand children to. And cant wait for the next book, it's going to be good.
