Easy to follow.

If you need to try an elimination diet then this book will help you choose the foods you need to include every day in your diet and those that you need to avoid. You can vary the quantities as well so that you can make family sized meals up from the recipes.

Fodmap diet.

I was not looking forward in trying to stick to this diet. It is quite restrictive and it was nice to find a guide with some half tempting meal ideas included. The diet is not forever, and there are some ideas in here that will help you get through your low fodmap diet.

Good Low Fodmap Guide.

This made the diet easy to understand and provided some good useful lists of items to include and those to 100% avoid. There were quite a few foods that I had not realized were high in Fodmap’s so this was quite useful for me.

Explains the low FODMAP approach.

The low FODMAP diet was an approach I was advised to try for stomach and gut issues I was suffering. There is loads on the internet but it is quite a complicated diet to follow, and it is quite easy to choose the wrong foods. It was nice to find a good guide to the diet along with lots of meal ideas that were all low fodmap.

Useful book.

Full of genuinely useful advice and helpful hints on food to eat and food to avoid. Recipes seem to be straight forward and there were a few in here that sounded quite appealing.

Must Listen.

The plan is understandable and backed up with rationale explanations. This book is an impressive guide to understand the condition, symptoms/diseases that may be associated with it, how to identify it, assess it and most importantly what to do about it.

An interesting listen.

Allowed me to plan out how to adopt a low fodmap approach, this give you the information you need to know about which foods to include and which you have to cut out from your diet. A lot is pretty much common sense, like no more processed foods, but there are some foods that you did .

Meal ideas.

It’s not exactly fun trying to follow an elimination diet, even if it is for a short time. However this provided me with some hope that I could still have a few tempting meals while only eating low fodmap foods.

When I was looking at trying an elimination diet it was a fairly daunting prospect as I really couldn’t see how I was going to put some meals together which such limited ingredients. This book showed me that it was possible to eat meals while following this diet.
