A how-to-use guide for a journal! Short. Practical. Useful. Not only on the frequency of someone's writing in it as well as what to write and what kind of system to use

Healing tool

Personally, I have really enjoyed this audio book. This is a book I would not have purchased as a print version.

I found that many of the suggestions given in this book are habits I've used fitfully over the years. In truth, I've only taken up my journal in the last decade or so. I started by using it as a tool for emotional healing. To this end, I have used them for poetry, wish lists and jotting down the odd idea that comes to me. In many ways, my journal has seen me through many hard times. Through my journal I've been able to record the good times and precious moments. Those entries have enabled me to remember that life is not all bad.

The main reason why I found your audio book so good was because it highlights a great many positive ways to use a Journal. You give examples and suggestions that most anyone could understand. But the one point that stood out for me, was how you personalized the journal with the comment on taking the time to find one that suits you best. For that alone I would like to thank you.

My son's tend to believe I'm too fussy when I'm looking for a book to write in. I have not been able to make them understand how important it is to actually like what I'm writing in. From now on I will keep searching for the book that feels and looks good to me.

Thank you for all the ideas you have shared in your book. The straight forward way you spoke helped get your message across in a positive way. This is a book I would not hesitate to share with my family.

Necessary for Observers

This was a wonderful listen. It helped re-ignite my desire to write my experiences in life. As you go day by day living, you’ll get caught up in the stresses of a rollercoaster life. Now I have a tool to revisit my mind and let it all out. Perhaps now, I will finally be able to move along with more ease.

Wonderful material

I started a journal a few weeks ago but was lost in certain areas as to how to keep it organized--namely, how to know where to find specifics later on when I had long forgotten where I wrote them. This book solved for that problem and fueled my desire to keep up the journal even more.

It's a must

If this will not change you nothing will change you. Don't be misled by length or "triviality" a the title.
