Business and Balance

Elisa Gonzales is a happy behind the scene lawyer who wants a balanced life. Parker Jones is a New York high powered New York Who is there to lead a suit against an investment firm. They had a one time attraction in college that went nowhere. Game on. Great performance and story. Recommend

A great novella - well done Aurora Rey

A fun, well-written, novella, and a 3-hour great Audible listen with Lori Prince narrating. Story that spans the time between college graduation and the first few years of the law careers for the two attorney characters. It’s a short book, so no long drawn angsty drama we expect from longer books. Just a pretty straight forward personal unfolding to each other about their interworking which explains some early behavior and hurts. I enjoyed the characters managing their lives and taking risks on each other in a mature manner. Recommend highly for a day's worth of painting or yard work - can get through the work and finish a work in 3 hours.
