At first, I thought I would just listen for a few minutes and move on. The longer I listened the more I enjoyed the book. It hit home on several levels, and I am going to listen to it again to capture things I missed. No matter who you are, you will enjoy this book. I plan on applying some of the techniques to my daily life. Excellent book!!

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. For years, I’ve been feeling nonstop anxiety, brain fog, trauma, and all the while I’ve had to earn a masters degree and raise two children. It has been so difficult to function because my attention is all over the place and my energy is at a constant low.

I know that many of you can relate. This book has helped me reclaim that scattered energy so that I may focus on the things that matter in my life and fulfill me. Listen to this book very intentionally and slowly if your attention is scattered all over the place. If you follow the steps do the exercises, you will feel an immediate boost and want more.
