There’s no easy way to talk about racism.

It’s a learned behavior and hard to unlearn without a relaunch to thinking patterns.

I didn’t know anything different. But I actively worked to see how I was raised and change this.

And I'm still a work in progress.

In my experience, sexualization caused extreme toxic shame.

Merriam-Webster has a descriptive definition:

“A painful emotion caused by consciousness of guilt, shortcoming, or impropriety, the susceptibility to such emotion, a condition of humiliating disgrace or disrepute.”
