Publisher's Summary

Her

She's the definition of lost. Doesn't know her name? Check. Cruelly beaten within an inch of her life? Check. No memory of anything that's happened since she woke up from that beating? Check. Losing a child she doesn't remember conceiving? Check. She hasn't felt anything but lost in a very long time. Then an old biker tells her danger is on the horizon. He sends her to a man that she instantly feels a connection with. A bone deep connection.

Him

He's the definition of despair. After the death of his young wife while on a tour of duty in Afghanistan, he hasn't seen the appeal of participating in the world around him. He's lost the only thing he ever loved. He's been a shell of the man he once was. His only escape from reality is feeling the wind in his hair, going as fast as he can get his old Harley to take him. That's the only time he can push his demons back far enough to feel peace. That is until she screams his name.

Contains mature themes.

A BIT DISJOINTED

LLV is one of my favorite authors but this story seemed a bit disjointed to me and I was really disappointed, I also missed Kendall Ryan as the female narrator….please bring her back. I think had she been narrating it would have been much more enjoyable. Stephanie Rose just doesn't fit after listening to KR for so long paired with Mason Lloyd.

Enjoyed it

I loved this story... This series just gets better and better. Mason Lloyd is one of my favourite narrators for MC stories 💖
Stephanie rose did a good job sometimes I just feel like she sounds like a little girl and not a grown up. But all in all well Narrated

Jack and Winter

I laughed, I cried, I fell in love with Jack and Winter. There may be triggers for some people.

I felt things were missing

While I love Lani Lynn Vale Books with this one I felt things were missing. You never hear Jack or Winter talking to the sister Sormy about what happened just what Jack said she saw or did to try and save Winter. Does who wants to buy Winter come up in later books? It felt left open. Or maybe it has been answered and I just can’t remember.

Best book in the series...seriously!

I love this series! This book is my absolute fave!
It elicited all of the feels...immense sorrow (bawling like a loon in the produce section of the supermarket); joy, anger. This author knows how to keep you emotionally engaged in these books. No spoilers here so you’ll have to check it out for yourself. Worth the read/listen!

Great

This one is a favorite. Love the story, character interaction and the HEA with no cheating,p and no cliffhanger. I enjoyed the fact that two separated with no fault of their own somehow found each other again.
