This is Book Two of a series. Readers are strongly encouraged to read Book One, Last of the Chosen, before reading Knights of the Chosen. The Empire has collapsed. Aided by the Chessori, who wield an unbeatable mind weapon, Rebel domination of the sectors strengthens daily. Against such formidable opponents, hope dims among the Empire hierarchy. The people of Earth are immune to the terrible mind weapon, but the Chessori know exactly where Earth is located. To save itself, Earth must save the Empire, but the process of pulling the politically fractured nations of Earth together cannot be forced. It must be led, and time is short. Join your friends Ellie, Mike, Val, Reba, and Krys as they struggle to pull the remnants of a once great civilization from the ashes of defeat. Like the Phoenix, they will rise up, giving all that they are, and the galaxy will hear their call. Science Fiction Adventure Epic Fantasy

I read the books in this series and really thought they were great! The first audio book was really good. The narrator did a great job bringing the people to life!
This book was unable to do any of that! I was really disappointed in the use of AI narrative without any emotion!

AI narrative is terrible .
