Great plot twist

Story kept my attention and had me wanting more. I especially enjoyed the narration of both

Wow

Love the story. Wanted to see the mom receive MUCH more dramatic payback. A definite MUST read.

Surprising and good

I don’t usually listen to this particular kind of story. I happened onto it, between a different series. I was shocked to find that the main character, wasn’t the “biggest/baddest” guy in the story… that’s RARE. They allowed him to be real, to need help, to be tough but vulnerable. The ending was awesome. Without spoilers, the “solution” to their issue is one bad ass dude. I hope there’s another story just about Him.

Story

I loved the book also but I think it could have had a better ending if we knew more about the mother and father storyline. It just ended to quickly.

Troy’s narration was fantastic

The plot wasn’t’t riveting nor all that good. I enjoy BDSM reads. This one felt contrived to me. Now, maybe I would’ve felt differently reading the book. I think Elizabeth’s narration was terrible. I yearned for chapters with Troy. But even he couldn’t save the book. I sped this up to 2X speed just to make it through. Won’t listen again.

I really enjoyed this story line and look forward to the next book. I do enjoy having a male and female narrate, they did a great job.

So much more could have been said toward the ending. It’s almost like the author gave up writing

Not My Normal Read

I like spicy books but I’m not overly familiar with BDSM. This book pushed the boundaries for me. I am not a fan of humiliation, degradation or breath play. Leaving a ring of bruises around someone’s neck is too far. If that level of violence is your thing, this is probably a good read for you.

The writing is decent. The MCs are intense. Lots of inner angst. Plot is okay.

Not my cup of tea but an overall acceptable book. I can see where others may really like this.

I had to try it since it’s read by Troy Duran who is one of my favorite male narrators. His voice is AH-MAZING.

Loved the book it was great, it was arousing, the chemistry between these two are off the charts hot and steamy. The narrator's are clearly spoken, you feel like you are there.
