Hugo Osorio was a former police officer who's life took a turn after being dismissed by the El Salvadorian police force.  Though his neighbors considered him a quiet, humble man, a scream in the night ended those illusions.  Police found four dead bodies in his house on May evening.  And then found another 40 buried on his land.  The murders were so chilling, so gruesome, the media began referring to Hugo's property as a house of horrors.  Despite all to the public outcry, the Attorney General's office has gone so far as to get an injunction prohibit the media from reporting on this case and has announced they will be working out a plea deal with this monstrous serial killer.  What is the story behind the headlines in this case?

Patricia Meehan was at a point of transition in her life.  She had made the choice to move back home to Pittsburgh, leaving behind the life she had built in Montana.  But on the night she was allegedly making the long drive back home, she got in a motor vehicle accident.  About 60 miles off route.  And rather than deal with the police, she merely walked into the night, never to be seen again.  She's been missing for over 30 years, and despite more than 5,000 reported sightings, she's never been found.  This week we dig into the details of this missing persons case to see what pieces of the puzzle fit together and where the hole are.
