Office romance with some drama

Denver was down on her luck in the worst way. With the help of a kind library worker she finds a job in a law firm with a prickly lawyer. Callahan instantly falls for Denver. Romance blooms until he makes a big mistake and distrusts her. He realizes his mistake but is it to late?

I enjoyed the story. The female narrator did a great job. The male narrator only narrated for approximately 25 minutes.

Great book and performance

Narrators make this audio book. Both are great at inflections to feel the emotions of the characters. If you want a book with equal male POV then this isn’t for you. It’s 97% FMC POV but don’t let that steer you away. The story is well developed and I love that the author chose a subject that has a huge stigma - homelessness. Amazing story with great narrators.

Keeping Denver

These two authors are new to me and I’m pleasantly surprised by such a good book.🎧📖 This book has a few triggers so if you’re a sensitive reader🎧you should probably rethink getting this book. The narration would’ve been better if we could hear more of Tor Thom🫦🫶🏼 Thankfully it does end with a HEA. Is it worth the credit? Yes❣️

Wish it was duet narration!

The majority of this book is performed by Janine Granda, if this had been duet narration I truly think the book would have been better, only a few chapters were from the MMC's perspective so we barely got to hear Tor Thom/s amazing narration. I know it's more expensive to do but damn it would have made a huge difference in this particular audiobook. I did like that the story was mostly from the FMC's perspective, despite the lack of duet narration. I think the spice could have been a little more spicy and frequent. If you're looking for a sort of insta-love/guy saves girl/guy is possessive of girl kinda story, I'd say this is definitely worth the credit!

I absolutely fell in love with the characters. I truly went through a roller coaster of emotions, but it was worth it.

Callan and Denver

A heart wrenchingly emotional, heartfelt and beautiful journey to go on with Callan and Denver. Not sure if it was just me but I teared up throughout this entire book, it really got me emotional. I adored going on this ride with these amazing characters. Narration was wonderful.

Great read

Love the story between the 2 main characters but I wish we had a scene to conclude the issue or punishment of jocelyn. but overall love Denver and the sub charaters.

Keeping Denver

I enjoyed Keeping Denver. The story line was easy and smooth with great narrators. While not a huge amount of angst, there was just enough to keep it light and leave me with a smile on my face.. Great cold, rainy day read.

Not for me!

While this book started out amazing with its unique character, I struggled to finish it. I personally like love stories that can be realistic, and this story wasn't that. The characters needed more depth, and some parts were so cliché I couldn't take it seriously. If you are looking for a whirlwind, undying blind love story that lacks most nitty gritty parts of the relationship, then this is for you.
