Where traditional and modern love intersects!
I absolutely loved this book! Beautiful characters described in detail, navigating their way through life looking for love, and seeking to love the right one! The book takes you through so many thrilling, eye-opening, edgy and thoughtful interactions and encounters from Atlanta, GA to India - with marriage season afoot.
Romances play out, and you are constantly anxiously awaiting to learn who ends up where on their arduous journey seeking happiness. - All while reading scrumptious details within fields of gastronomy, geography, culture, and rituals! A wonderful narrative set up by the author, with so many vivid details!
I can highly recommend this book! Such a wonderful description of all the ways we fall in love and our reasons for why…

Page turner!
I enjoyed the different voices as opposed to one. The details created imagery in my mind and kept me engaged. Im sure others will surely enjoy this book. Kudos to this author! She did an amazing job! Literary masterpiece!

What a fun story!
This was such a delightful story that took the reader on a journey through the complexities of love and tradition. I loved the combination of American Southern traditions with the vibrant tapestry of Indian culture. Having lived in Atlanta, I found it fun to hear about the various Atlanta spots and colloquialisms.
Love Hudson-Maggio's romantic story of Harlow and Tej, two characters that you wanted to root for. It was a stunning first book by Love Hudson-Maggio, and I can't wait to read her next! Big fan!

Wonderfully original story!
Love this story! Karma under fire is a charming tale of far away places and sweet local ones too. This book is filled with charming characters and handsome rogues that are sure to entertain you. I can’t wait for the second book in the series. Thank you!
