Good Start

Very good book about agile project management: you can feel he has used and has been successful in making kanban work effectively in an organization. More importantly, he keeps focus on delivery maximum outcome to customers: he is not using kanban because this is "cool".

Very Informative

This is a good Kanban book. If you plan on initiating kanban for your process, no matter the size of your organization, this is a must have. And here are the most important points. 1- make your process visible.

Aweslome

Decent basic info - useful for someone new to Lean, but still retains traditional project management bias. Misses the importance of Kaizen and the 100 years of lessons learned before software people "discovered" Lean.

Easy to follow for us

This book brought me some awesome insight. I work for a large corporation that tends to lead by force. They are expecting us managers to demand performance from our associates.

Short But Very Informative

Really impressed with the amount of info in this book. It doesn't even begin talking about those tips. It starts off with a powerful intro highlighting scrum theory and then shifting to the skeleton of scrum and making start comparisons against traditional project management

Good Learning Option

This is an introductory book giving a general overview of Agile management so if you have already studied agile them this will be too basic. For the beginner, it is concise and practical, and the information presented was easy to follow. I would recommend this to starters and beginners in agile management.

Great Piece Of Work

If you are an old school project manager, this is the book for you to understand this new style of PM. I was skeptical for a long time, because I did not know about it. Now after listening to this book on my morning runs helped me expand my frame of reference about agile. Now I am looking in ways to use agile methodology in construction. Must have book.

Super Helpful

Kanban is the natural progression from waterfall through scrum to truly continuous flow of work. With clarity, practicality and attention to cultural resistance, he outlines the process we need in this postindustrial, conversational based rather than thing based project world. Get on board!
