An extracted book

I ordered this before ordering Rabbi Cooper's other book 'The Mystical kabbalah' They is great! They 'is' great because 'they' is the same book.

The Mystical Kabbalah gives an overview of the Jewish Mystical practice of Kabbalah and includes 10 meditations to provide an experiental as well as theoretical understanding of the material.

This is those 10 meditations sold seperately. I must say I was quite angry upon discovering this, and really felt that it should have been included in the product description. That being said they are good meditations, but dont make my mistake and buy both.
