While listening to him narrate his own story, I found myself drawing parallels in our employment journeys. If you are just starting out in your career or are even an experienced IT Technician, then you will learn a lot from D.J, with his views and lessons gained from his own experiences and mistakes as he explains how his straight-forward and sensible approach can be a strong tool for transforming your career as an IT professional. Amazing Book!
I just finished listening to this book. First thought, Wow! It is a must read/listen for anyone who has anything to do with IT. I guarantee you will learn from this book! I am amazed at how much I learned and confirmed methods I have taken or am using. Chapter 26 was a great overview of different role descriptions. This has been a discussion of recent in some groups I am apart of.
