It all started with a mysterious blue note sewn into a wedding dress. Something blue. I’d gone to sell my own unworn bridal gown at a vintage clothing store. That’s when I found another bride’s “something old". Stitched into the lining of a fabulously feathered design was the loveliest message I’d ever read: Thank you for making all of my dreams come true.

Really Good Story
Any additional comments?
3.5 stars
Very enjoyable listen. Really good story, that pulls you in from the start. Creative and unusual opening setting for the meeting of the main characters, as well as the interesting connection they have.
This is a slow building romance story. Yes there's insta attraction but the timing is not right for more at the time. I like that the story takes place over time. It made the characters more real/believable. While I enjoyed the story it was almost on the verge of to much angst, I was almost to the point of "come on get it together already". Although this is an emotional roller-coaster of a story, it's also a very entertaining, fun and humorous listen.
The story is told in dual POV's between Declan and Kaitlin. Great cast of characters
Lisa Beacom does a really good job with the narration. Pleasant voice, very easy on the ears. Clearly spoken. Smooth even pace. Great character voices. She was able to convey all the emotions and humor of the characters. All around very enjoyable.

Jump For Joy 🙌
This quirky romance had me hooked from the beginning and kept my interest throughout.......I had to stay up late to finish it. 😍
Caitlin and Declan meet as strangers and begin a journey that's funny, romantic, emotional and challenging. As the story unfolds, we witness how much they have in common and how their differences influence them by the Authors use of Dual Points Of View.. With each point of view we see both perspectives of a situation, which really enhanced the character development. It's a sweet story of love through heartbreak and disappointment that will tug at your heart and leave you smiling.
I enjoyed the narration of this book. She was easy to listen to and voiced each character quite well. 👏
Note: There is some swearing and one sex scene in this story........but nothing explicit. 😊

Great Listen
I really enjoyed this book. It had many elements that made this different from my usual reads with Declan's profession and Kaitlin's medical issues and previous profession. This was what I would call a slow burn romance but I liked that aspect because Declan and Kaitlin really got to know each other. This book kept me really engaged because I hardly ever listen to a book in one day. This is the first book I have listened to from this narrator and she did a really good job. Look forward to more from the narrator and this author.

Liked this book very much!
I enjoyed this book very much but was left wanting more... finding out how they grow as a family... maybe with them coaching their own young children that are into skating & jumping?
I loved the airport scene when Kaitlyn falls into Declan. That scene is what made me want to continue to see where it would progress.
I enjoyed the narration by Lisa Beacom very much. I have listened to a lot of audiobooks, (over 500 in 2020 as they help me not focus on my constant back pain & help keep my PTSD anxiety attacks at bay), so a good narrator is an absolute must!
This is a book I would listen to again, but as stated above, hope the author considers continuing on with their story.
I was provided this audiobook at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review & I look forward to listening to more books by both the narrator & the author.

A Story about learning how to land after excelling at flying.
This book is not your run of the mill love story. It kept me hoping for love and the stereotypical happy ending (that would have made me roll my eyes).
Instead, I was taken on a journey through a tough time in someone’s life. They learned some hard life lessons (and so did I!).
I laughed, I cried, I fell in love with the characters... I’m glad that I listened, rather than read, because the narration was integral in bringing the characters to life for me.
The only problem with this book is that it had to end!

Flying
I enjoyed the book for the most part. The story was good. I did not care for the constant changing of the POV. I would have enjoyed a little more one on one of the main characters and less angst from the heroine. But I did get invested in the story and had to read it through to the end

For the love of the jump!
I immensely enjoyed the story of Kaitlin Reynolds and Declan McLoughlin, two world class athletes, she in ski jump and he, pairs skating. More than 2 years ago, as Kaitlin readied herself for the Sochi Olympics, an accident on the course caused an injury so severe that she lost the usage of much of her leg and was forced to retire. The depression that overtook her soured her spirit and her outlook on life. Declan McLoughlin and his partner, Natalya, exceeded expectations, winning the bronze medal in pairs. In the airport, Declan and Kaitlin literally run into each other and he catches her before she can do a face plant. Quite the meet cute! They continue to run into each other, strike up a conversation and their flight to LaGuardia is cancelled, forcing them to spend the night. Declan really wants to know this enigmatic, beautiful lady and find out what is causing the distress on her face. Kaitlin sees that he is uncomfortable being seen by the public and finally understands why when she opens her People magazine. This is one of the most romantic and intensely personal stories I've read in a long time and it's made even more so by having the dual POV, giving the reader the ability to see the same situation as the individual character sees it. Kaitlin's self-doubt and inability to believe that Declan would want anything to do with her made me sad, but it's understandable through her eyes. The texts and phone calls keep their relationship honest and they both make an effort to remain friends, all the while hoping for more. When Declan is at a crossroads for his future, there are too many assumptions that keep them from finding their HEA. My only complaint is that I felt the ending was a little rushed and I wanted some of the loose ends to be tied up. I wanted more information on Nat's prognosis and to see that Kaitlin's physical therapist got what was coming to her. An extended epilogue to see a few months or years into the future for Declan and Kaitlin would make it ideal! The narration is beautifully done by Lisa Beacom and I'll be looking for more of her audiobooks.

Dealing with a lot it’s a long road to find their way to happiness. But they know they make each other better when their together. Great story and fantastic narration. My favorite part of the narration was Declan’s mom!
