What you could easily find on websites ...

... and without the stiff reading job done here. This is a read-through of forms and the like, as one can find on most court and similar websites. It does not define or elaborate or helpfully walk one through what it recites. It seems to me more the lead-in and a feeder for self-promotion by the author.
