Publisher's summary

Newly retired and ever-efficient Olivia Lewis is throwing herself into married life. She’s going to be a domestic goddess and the world’s best parent to Henry before the ink has dried on her marriage certificate.

Marriage has given Emily White the support she needs to pursue her dream of becoming a professional scriptwriter. She’s commuting from New York to London every week, which isn’t always easy, but she can juggle everything, right?

They should be blissfully happy, but it isn’t long before the 3,000 miles between them start adding up and Olivia’s days become long and empty. There’s also the small matter of Captain McFluffypants the Seventh, an awkward situation that really wasn’t Olivia’s fault, and a stalker who just won’t go away.

In this heartwarming conclusion to the Flight series, Olivia and Emily must finally decide what they want, what they need, and how to follow the dreams of their hearts.

Other stories by this author are better

The character and voice of Emily got on my nerves. She seemed very immature. The character of Olivia was more enjoyable. Their voices seemed to be about 22 yrs old and 50 yrs old respectively, though from the story I’m guessing Emily is mid 20’s and Olivia is 37 yrs old. The story didn’t seem plausible that without any training, Emily could have written scripts for plays that would get her a job as a script writer in London. Or that a lowly new hire would be commuting from NY to London weekly as part of her pay! Or that Olivia would be able to retire at 37 yrs old as an apparent multi millionaire, which she would need to be if to buy homes in both NY and London.
The amusing highlight of the story was Emily creatively dealing with the plush toy Tiny needing to be resurrected post mauling by Henry’s new kitten. If the whole story had been at this level of humor if would have been much better story.

What A Wonderful Journey!!!!

Outstanding ending to a fabulous series. I was hooked from the very first book and couldn't put it down until the end of this one. I would love to get just one more book from this series to follow up on Olivia, Emily, Henry and their second child. I would also love to see what Simon and Nicole are doing with their lives. For now, I will mark this series as one of the best written and perfectly narrated stories I have heard in a long time. Amy Putt delivers an outstanding performance and captures the mood of each scene perfectly. Thank you Amanda Radley for giving us a wonderful tale of love, understanding and devotion. What a beautiful journey.

Good conclusion

This trilogy was good, a little childish but good. Narration was good. I gave it 5 stars although it might be somewhere between 4 and 5.

Loved this series

I have enjoyed all of Amanda Radley's books and especially loved this short series. Amy Putt, the narrator, did an especially good job voicing Olivia, the main character who is on the spectrum. Highly recommend!
