A Wonderful Sci-fi Classic

love love LOVED this story
it has everything you’d want out of a sci-fi adventure. What I love most about this story is that it dips heavily into geological science and is set in a more antiquated era. After a while the ‘thousand of years in the future a ragtag team of outcasts travel across space…” etc, etc gets old. This story is fantastical and refreshing.

An early example of the sci-fi genre, dated but well written. I enjoyed the narration.

Read by excellent story teller, using the original wording old English. Read in an very compelling way.

great second half!

this audiobook was great for the most part. the narration was awesome and once you get into the meat of the story it is a grand adventure that is hard to put down. do yourself a favor and skip to chapter 15 though. you are welcome!

I had to read this book because of the movies I saw. The narrator explained the science and journey in great detail.
