good story teller

kept my attention to keep listening until the end of the story. awesome character's and it has a Godly romance

Good Story

It was a good story. it has some good twists and turns. However, it was really predictable. I do agree that God does work in mysterious ways and he is always there for us.

Touching Tough Issues

A great story touching on several issues that are tough in life. The author did a great job showing each character’s personality and how they dealt with their problems. There are a couple things that don’t have complete closure in the book but I felt the story overall was great.

Clean but Lacking Emotional Tension

JOURNEY OF GRACE is book one of the Christian romance series entitled JOURNEY OF LOVE by T.K. Chapin. Grace ran away from her abusive husband and returns where she resolves the issues of her formative years. Owen focuses God and teaching children. Then he meets Grace Anderson. If you like clean romance with little stress you will enjoy this book. The writing is okay, the narrator only reads the book, but that might be because the author doesn’t go into a deep point of view and the there isn’t enough emotional tension in this story. I like hearing a salvation message, but in this book the scene stands out like a how-to-be-saved-track instead of sharing a story of redemption. Maybe this is a novel written early in Chapin’s career.

A story of life...

This audiobook really touched my heart. It was filled with a lot of challenges that we as Christians face in life. The solution... put your faith in God. I enjoyed it, and it acted as a reminder for that in dealing with things in my life. Looking forward to the next in this series.
