Publisher's Summary

It will be a Christmas to remember....

Prodigal cowgirl Lila Andrews returned to her hometown on a whim, but she's been unable to step foot on the family ranch because of childhood memories that haunt her. That hasn't stopped ranch foreman Ben Taylor from dogging her heels around town.

Ben has been managing the Circle A ranch since Lila's father passed away. He made a promise to his mentor that he'd see Lila back where she belonged. But the stubborn cowgirl isn't cooperating.

When Lila and Ben are forced to work together to rescue a neglected horse, they begin to discover their first impressions were wrong. Friendship blooms...sparks fly...but Ben needs a Christmas miracle to convince Lila to stay in Redbud Trails.

I love sweet, clean novella audio books

Jingle bells cowgirl - love romance novellas, this one about rescuing horses, with a fun engaging community.
Love the narrator, listened to her in 17 books, never disappointed yet. So much fun listening to her reading the words (and thoughts) of the characters with character, without going over the top. Love how she reads older ladies and kiddies, too. What a voice, what gift. A pleasure to listen to her reading stories.

THE NEXT BEST THING TO A CHRISTMAS HALLMARK MOVIE

GREAT STORY. I LOVED IT. COME FROM A FAMILY OF MILITARY BLUE COLLAR WORKERS SOME COWBOYS. DON'T TELL MY BROTHERS KIND OF LIKE THIS ONE NEXT TO A HALLMARK MOVIE. LITTLE BIT OF SORROW AND DRAMA LOTS OF JOY AND HUMOR THROUGHOUT.
GOOD FOR AUDIENCES OF ALL AGES AND CLEAN. NARRATOR WAS GREAT AND EASY TO FOLLOW

Ben and Lila!

Ben has been working at the Andrews family ranch since he was a teenager and has been managing it since Lila’s father passed away. He is trying to honor Lila’s father by convincing her to come back to the ranch but that is easier said than done.

Lila has recently returned to her hometown but staying on the ranch is too painful. She has a soft spot in her heart when it comes to animals so when she needs a place to board an injured house it may not only bring her home to the ranch but to him as well.

Both Ben and Lila have painful pasts and if they are willing to open their hearts to each other they may not only heal themselves but each other. I thought the narrator did a great job with not only the characters of Ben and Lila but all the secondary characters as well.
