This is certainly written to adults with a family. It is probably best to be read or listened to before his other books.

1st 2/3 is good advice.

last 1/3 of book is outdated. over 10 years old as of this review. enjoyed Jim's energy.

Great place to start

This book gives good details about different areas to invest and explains why he either does or does not recommended each.

I have read it over and over great book can't do without it. loved it.
