Terrific book with all the details!

You learn about his positives and flaws, and all the details about the day that they died. You learn the things that tortured him such as his father's assassination. You learn about his difficulties with relationships with women and what his marriage was like. Multiple voices narrating and all quotes from real people who knew him. High quality content. Is not tabloid stuff. I highly recommend this book!

A newfound perspective & appreciation for JFK, JR

I purchased this book on a whim while sitting in an airport. It is truly moving and heartwarming, and sadly, it’s also heart breaking. I had no idea that John Kennedy was such a complex and funny and kind human being. And what an amazing outlook on life. His friends were so very blessed to have had him and have been kind enough to share him with the rest of us.

I enjoyed the different perspectives form different friends from different periods of his life..

It seems as though Carolyn was portrayed as a perfect woman and partner. It seems hard to believe she was so one dimensional. I wonder if it was to help balance the negativity in the press.
