Carefully crafted solutions
The different stories makes sure that the book has something for everyone. I went from chapter to chapter and learned about the authors and their journeys with every page. It's better than a pick me up it helps you get up on your own and the way that fits you best. Enjoyed this book

Don’t let Imposter Syndrome stop you in your tracks!
There’s something very powerful about finally getting a diagnosis for a long standing medical condition. Finally you know what you are dealing with, and can learn what others have done in the same situation and how you can move forward.
So many of us have had imposter syndrome at various points of our lives. I think in many cases I have not understood or identified it as such. But if you don’t know your enemy, how can you fight it? The stories of all of these truly outstanding individuals will give you hope and real strategies.
