Good information. She just can’t iterate well.

She fumbles her words often however this information is absolutely priceless. She just isn’t a strong reader. Hard to follow unfortunately.

Excellent info, horrible delivery.

This book has excellent info, but the author does a horrible job reading the book. I struggled to make it to thru the 5th chapter and had to tap out even though it was info I wanted to learn.

Wendy's Patton's audible version of her revised book is good! She presents a complete strategy for lease option investing. She is knowledgeable and doesn't "sugarcoat" the process. You can work the lease option strategy part-time or develop a full-time business opportunity. Wendy developed a solid blueprint for a new or experienced investor to be successful.

Wendy should never narrate her own book. Listening to this is painful. Refund expected. Buy the hard copy and read it yourself. You’re better off. Trust me on it!

Practical and applicable

Was hesitant because of prior reviews. But was presently surprised when started listening. Very practical and easy to listen. Definitely recommend.
