The best book for valuation on the market, Investment Banking makes concept easy to understand with great examples which lead the student from start to finish. I used this book in my Mergers and Acquisitions class over the text which was assigned, because it was so much better than anything else on the market.

Great Investing Book All Around!

As a long distance real estate investor myself, I wish I had found this book earlier. It would have saved a lot of headache and money. Well written and easy to understand concepts that can be used by anyone looking to invest in real estate outside of one's hometown. Plenty of tips, advice and template/letters that I can refer back to from time to time.

A product good enough to keep my kids engaged .

This book clearly lays out the stock buying process and what you should look for and stay away from. Obvious the secret to getting rich is not in here as the stock market is a gamble, but for someone who knew nothing at all about the stock market this was a very easy and informative read.

simple way to invester

I wish I had this book twenty years ago. It explains exactly what a quality company is and how to evaluate one. The book also succinctly explains the formulas used to evaluate a stock purchase and when to buy. I learned so much in just forty five minutes.
