Very inspiring

It presents information that is extremely relevant to today's workplace. Great book about how to be more emotionally intelligent and how true success is more predicated on being emotionally intelligent than just being intelligent. How emotional intelligence leads to more personal growth and true lasting successes in life. This book is very inspiring and informative

Awesome Audiobook

Awesome book on Emotional Intelligence! I'd say to buy with the intention of opening your mind to the concept rather than find practical ways to develop a well honed sense of emotional intelligence.

This book is an eye opener. It triggered a reality check and the test helped me to understand the reasons behind the challenges during emotional situations. The starregies discussed to improve the emotional intelligence are concise and simple to follow.

It is very well listen and a hundred something pages. I like how the author focuses both adults and children when measuring EI. I would recommend this book to anyone wants to lead a stress free life.
