I was very satisfied when i perched this book. This is really an excellent book. By listening this book not only you will lose the last stubborn weight that has refused to bid you goodbye, but you will also find a greater sense of focus and concentration, a better sleep pattern, more energy, possibly a longer life, and maybe even reversal for those who are suffering from type II diabetes. I really enjoyed this book. It's easy to read, but still has a lot of useful information. It's a short read but it definitely helped answer some of the questions I had about intermittent fasting. I would recommend this book.
