An excellent book!!

Overall a very good book. It is an excellent guide for Intermittent Fasting. Intermittent post 16: 8 is the most suitable for me from all types of post. It was interesting to learn how I can use 16:8 intermittent fasting techniques to help me shed excess body fat. This is really an excellent creation. I highly recommended it to everybody.
