How Intermediate Korean Short Stories works:
- Each chapter possesses a funny, interesting, and/or thought-provoking story based on real-life situations, allowing you to discover more about the Korean way of life. The last two are even more challenging in length and level for those of you getting ready for advanced Korean!
- The summaries follow the story: a synopsis in Korean and in English of what you just read, both to review the lesson and for you to see if you understood what the tale was about. Use them if you’re having trouble.
- At the end of those summaries, you’ll be provided with a list of the most relevant vocabulary involved in the lesson, as well as slang and sayings that you may not have understood at first glance!

Loving it so far
This is perfect if you are at an intermediate, and want to your Korean to the next level. I was feeling like I was stagnant for a while. My Korean is pretty good but even though I was learning new things, I was having a hard time keeping the information in my head and going further. I feel like since I'm listening to this book things are flowing again. I listen while I do chores around the house and it makes it very fun, then I find myself thinking in Korean and using the vocabulary I just learned from the stories.
Plus, the book is challenging, however, the narrator has a clear voice and perfect pace which makes it a great learning experience. Thank you, Lingo Mastery!
