Great Book!

What made the experience of listening to Intent to Harm the most enjoyable?

I liked that it had just enough misdirection to keep you guessing at least a little bit while not being so mixed up that you were left feeling lost through most of the book like some i have read.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Intent to Harm?

Finding out who did it. I found the way it all played out and came about was awesome

I liked the female cop, although Kali was pretty good

Yes, i wanted to know what happened and why

Without giving away the story I'd say my favorite part was finding out who the predator really was.

Victim turned detective was a good twist.

Intent to Harm is the sixth book in the Kali O'Brien series. The listener experiences suspense, mystery, romance and more in this legal thriller, that is set outside the courtroom. Kalie is contacted by a mysterious client that wants to meet with her confidentiality. The plot thickens and spins in many different directions before we get to the end. There was just enough foreshadowing that I figured the "villain " but not the motive. I really enjoyed the interaction between the characters. There was even a bit of humor that made me chuckle. I want more of this series.


The narration was well done.The characters were well portrayed.

HOOK, LINE AND SINKER! LOVED IT!

Strong female character on a ROLLER COASTER RIDE! Listening to this book I felt like the lead detective trying to find clues and solve the mystery. Not all authors can write so well as to make you feel that way! Narration is also a huge factor in making the book that good and Cindy Piller did a great job.

Engrossing mystery!

My first Kali O'Brian book and I'm impressed with J.Jacobs writing style. There are many twists and turns that I could not stop listening! I really enjoyed the story and how author brings it all together in the final chapters. Even though this is a series, this could be a stand alone book as the character development is good.
Cindy Piller did a good job with the narration. Easy to distinguish voices of different characters.
