Inspiring on the good things, lacking more the human part.

Great narrative constructing the transformation from a regular member into a prophet performing missionary work and miracles.
But the book lacks the weaknesses and mistakes that show the real human being behind. Yes, it tells about surgery fails and pains. But what really inspires completely is to know as well about the weak points in the character and things to improve. I wanted to know the complete Russell.
Other than that, a great book! it really inspired me to seek for miracles and serve even in hard things.

The life of Russell Nelson is a very inspirational and a remarkable story. A story that has given me hope. This book is done in such a way that I feel I know him personally. Sherri Dee is a wonderful biographer.

Fabulous Stories of a man of God.

I loved all the stories. They were so uplifting. I loved the voice of the narrator and the writing style. It was just a wonderful inspiring book. I listened to it in six days beginning the day after President Nelson passed away and I learned so much about him so it was the perfect time to listen.

Inspiring and faith building, I really enjoyed it. The many stories told from President Nelson’s perspective and about him were neat to get a closer understanding of his personality and to build and strengthen my testimony that he was a prophet called of God.
