The best part was the end hearing the real voices and conversation with 2 of the authors!sad, intoxicating, depressing, but hope and success were achieved.

Honest Truth

Thank you for putting your journey to pen and paper. It's hard reality, but more common than society wants to admit. This shares the pain of all those in and around addiction & yet gives hope. There is always hope.

Frustrating

ZERO sympathy for the mom. ZERO ZERO ZERO! I've never encountered a more wretched character. I only continued listening to the end to see who or how many would bite it.

Raw & Moving

I listened to this audiobook not knowing what is was about. I then spent my whole day listening between meetings and fished it in - few hours. It really speaks so addition and the family experience. RIP Nick and thank to the family for sharing this story with the world.
