concise but could use more fluff

Really enjoyed the to the point attitude of the book. The book genuinely goes over 17 tips for managing virtual times but I would have like to see more stories or examples of these tips helped a situation.

I read one review prior to purchasing this book that said They wish the author had gone into more detail I don't think so! This was a perfect listen I took three pages of notes it was fought on! Even for non virtual teams it is very resourceful information!!!
