Publisher's Summary

Turns out, I'm still in for a few surprises.

I may have found my mom, or rather she found me, but I still have questions only she can answer. Now, getting her to cooperate has presented new challenges. She's still ruled by fear.

Hellbent on keeping my Infinity safe, we take a few chances. Chances that might just backfire, but there's no way I'm letting anyone control my future any longer. Determining what Leon is truly capable of is the only way to get rid of him. Forever.

Strength isn't an issue; the bond with my Infinity is stronger than ever.

Now it's our turn to hunt the hunter.

Contains mature themes.

Mediocre Ending!

Wow, what can I say on this 4 book series. I listened to all 4 books and I must say, I was absolutely disappointed with the "Mediocre Ending," that Albany Walker gave her listeners/readers!

Let's break it down: 4 books written between June and November for a total of 33.86 hours. The first two books were pretty much the same thing and the story moved along very slowly. It was like listening to a rated G childrens book, however book 3 started to move the story forward and book four could have been amazing, but instead it was like an amazing firework that fizzled out quickly and unexpectedly! Too bad!

The narrator was great with the voices for the women, but the voices for the men were so ridiculous! This story needed two narrator's, female and male, that's for sure.

This is the second series I listened to from Albany Walker, but I think it's time to move on to another shifter series from another author.

Can’t believe I listened to this

I have just finished all 4 of the books. The story has moments where it is good but most of the time it just drags. I was hoping it would get better as the story went on BUT that was not the case. This could have been a great story idea if it had been fully flushed out. I would suggest to listen to something else.

Not to shabby....

All in all I give the story a 4. The female voice was great. I would of loved to of heard a male voice for the males in the story. I was a lil ifie at first but i pushed through it. This is the second reverse harem book I've read I must say not to bad. I enjoyed it. I think the author rushed the fourth book fight just a little bit but all in all not bad. I would of liked a lil better understanding of the infinity structure. the book definitely needed a a male narrator thou heather did a great job. the character development of the hearm was awsome I loved it. Any way defnitly give the series a shot it is worth it. so thank you albany.

Wonderful Conclusion!

This book was a great way to wrap up this series. It had enough drama and mystery to be interesting and a happily ever after that you can believe in.

Didn't feel 100% satisfied with the ending

I did enjoy this series and fell for these characters, but to be honest I felt the end of this story a little lacking and not finalized. I wonder if there had been plans to do spinoffs or a new series with them because it didnt feel like the end. Like the epilogue was very open ended and left them at that same age with no additional info given. Again I enjoyed this book and the series but I was a little bummed with how the author "finished".

In terms of the story, I did like the added twists with Laura's mother and other characters we get to meet. I was kinda shocked how the been lead-up to the baddie was over really quickly. I did enjoy how he messed with them, but it didnt feel like the real confrontation/ending to the fighting. I felt like this was rushed and could have been smoother/more back and forth between them. I thought the progression with the relationships within the infinity were done well, I loved seeing her make some final steps in this book and the family unit was getting stronger, especially with the house and everything. Overall a 3.5-4 stars for the story and a 4-4.5 stars for the relationship and steamy times.

For the narration, I thought Heather did a good job (I listened to 1.4X speed) and added great new characters with her portrayals. I thought the panic and anger and sadness was palpable at times, great job getting into these characters and bringing them to life. I think she still needs to strengthen her male voices a bit to bring her to the next level, or authors should try to get male narrators to work alongside her. Solid 4/5 stars!

I would still recommend this series but book 4 fell a bit for me after peaking earlier in the series. Solid paranormal RH series with great characters to fall for and root for ❤️

Still My Favorite Series

I have listened to this series and read the series many times. I love the characters, the storyline, the energy, everything about this series. I love that the ending is left with an open door for more stories about this wonderful cast of characters. I truly can’t say enough good things.

Heather Costa also continued to do an amazing job throughout the series.

Thank you Albany for sharing your craft and talent with us all.

I absolutely love it. One of favorite.

I discovered this series by chance and have loved reading it a first time then a second. Albany Walker has fast become one of my favorite writers. When I discovered it on audiobook I loved it even more and Heather Costa is a brilliant narrator.
I have since listened to many books Heather Costa has narrated and possess all of Albany Walker Walker’s book in audio and written form. I’m an absolute fan and recommend this book without hesitation.

underwhelming

there was too much fluff in this one. Barely any new insight into what the infinity it is, no back stories, hardly any progression in the story line since book 2 honestly. They spoke about house renovations a ridiculous amount of times which really has nothing to do with anything. so much more could have been put in to this.
