Indigo

Indigo and her friends, Bobby and Sarah, reside in a homeless community by the river until the local police raid the area. Scared they will arrest them for trespassing the trio escapes in different directions. Things look bleak for Indigo until she reunites with Bobby who finds a stopwatch which allows them to travel through time. After meeting up with Sarah, painful memories take Indigo and her friends on a grand adventure none of them see coming.

Feels Incomplete

This forty minute audio book feels like it is a chapter to a longer story that is unresolved.

Indigo is confronted by police but let go, surprisingly as she is a homeless person from an encampment they just raided.

Immediately after she connects back with Bobby one of her friends only to baffled by an item he has found. Together they find Sarah another friend who also lives with them.

By the end they figure out why the police raided the encampment. But then we are just left hanging as to what the future holds for them.

The quality of the recording is not crystal clear having a sound of being in the distance.

Enjoyed

Kept me interested. Narrator made the characters come to life! Really appreciate her talent.

Science fiction

Indigo by R. M. Demeester is a great short story time travel science fiction. Samantha Alonzo did a great job with the narration. The story is entertaining, interesting, fun, and more. The only thing is it feels like a a few chapters of a larger book.
