Not for Me??

I want to be totally upfront and admit that this was a DNF for me. Not because of any specific content or the narration. For me, the plot just wasn’t singing to my soul. I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying this out just because of this review.

I enjoyed the narration and the plot seemed like something I would enjoy. I can’t seem to put my finger on what didn’t appeal to me. I kept setting it aside and saying I’d come back to it. I finally gave up on it when I got through 3 other books and this one wasn’t nagging at me to come back to it.

I’m sure I’ll try another from this author and I hope others will as well.

Good plot, good smutt, just overall GOOD!!

I haven’t had the best track record with enjoying FF book. Often, it quickly becomes obvious the author has a lot of internal misogyny and so one or both women are written a bit problematically. Or the author doesn’t truly know their way around the female body. This is not the case here, and it was so refreshing. This book is heavy on the kink and sex, a little lighter on the relationship development but I still enjoyed it from beginning to end.

Fun!

I really enjoyed this audio. The narration was excellent. I could hear the individual voices of each character. As far as the poly I loved the MCs unapologetic feelings about her wants and desires. I also liked her friendships and the lack angst. I would recommend for a light listen.

Short and spicy!

Short, spicy, with some added hurt comfort. Loved the themes of k!nk exploration and fear of such a deep and beautiful love! Great short and steamy listen!

Smoking

I honestly really enjoyed this book I don't think I've read or listened to anything by this author before so I believe it was a new for Me author. was this book hot yes most certainly was but that was also like this story to it which I really love that part of it. I absolutely fell in love with the main characters of this book they definitely won over my heart and I would absolutely love to read more about them.

I Liked It

This was my first book by this author and narrator and I enjoyed it very much. I liked the spicy meet cute and Bailey's reactions to this side of steamy as well as where her curiosity leads. Narrator did a good job with voices and the story. Overall this was a good listening experience, I am going to check out other works by this author and narrator.
