Spot on advice, well packaged and entertaining
Dominic Colenso's IMPACT is a very accessible listen. It's well laid out and covers all the points of speaking with confidence. It's a pleasure to listen to, as Mr Colenso, with his theatre training, uses his voice to full effect. The acronym IMPACT which he uses provides a logical, step by step, structure and the book is full of relevant, real-life stories to illustrate the points.
