Although I'm not in a relationship I listen to this audio sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. It teaches women dignity. I love the witt and realness. I wish I had this book when I was in my 20s.

Very Helpful!
This is a great audio to listen to. The No Contact Rule is a MUST in healing from a breakup, no matter the intended outcome. I have a baby with my ex boyfriend and I thought I would never be able to get over him since I cannot cut him out of my life completely. However, using the advice from this book, such as being respectful but not affectionate has helped me immensely. Thank you!!

I just couldn't get past the first 5 minutes of this audiobook. The narrator sounded like a robot or computer generated voice. It grated on my nerves! AWFUL!!
