Awesome! It is way too simple and quite easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It is a wonderful tool for meditation and/or sleeping. I use it often for both. I find myself saying, believing and knowing these affirmations to be true.

So, I'll be honest, this book cracked me up. It was kind of silly at times. I did, however, find myself a bit more motivated. That kind of suprised me, because I didn't think that it would while I was listening. Anyway, at the very least, you will probably be entertained.

I am OTS

This was the very first time listening to BAMF Affirmations and this narrator, it was awesome. I believed every single word spoken by the narrator, his voice makes you believe.

This book made me realize that I have some much to be thankful for. I am (OTS) officially the shit!! This will now be my own mantra. I had a good laugh at a few of the affirmations, I loved how everything is straight forwardly said, like I would think it in my head! I am a straight forward person and this book just affirmed that for me. Looking forward to listening to more affirmations, I will now listen to this book at least once a week to put me in the right frame of mind to tackle life.

I would highly recommend this book if you are into self-help and motivation!

Language

the foul language was so excessive it was a distraction. I'm all for an alpha male aggressive style which today is refreshing but this just took it too far.
